Organisations with a large consumer base (500+ viewers) should evaluate Premium Capacity — one flat monthly fee that unlocks unlimited free viewers is cheaper than licensing every viewer at Pro or PPU rates once the headcount crosses the break-even point.
If your organisation holds Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 licences — common across GCC enterprises that use Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint — Power BI Pro is already included. The licence exists and simply needs to be assigned. Purchasing Pro separately without checking this first is one of the most common and avoidable BI licensing mistakes we see in the region.
